The Duke of Gloucester Library was officially opened by Sir John Robbins and Kevin Sharp, Lord Lieutenant, right here in Bradford. Created as a welcoming, inspiring space for young students, it offers a quiet, comfortable environment where they can come to study, read, research, and learn without distraction.
Beyond being a place for books and study, it serves as a vibrant community hub — open for reading groups, workshops, meetings, and all kinds of positive activities that bring people together. It stands as a testament to our belief that every young person deserves the space, resources, and encouragement to grow, learn, and build a bright future — right here at the heart of our city.
